Our Company (PandaPac) provides food packaging solutions to customers based on their specific requirements. We offer a range of packaging materials, designs, and customisation options to meet the needs of our clients.
a. Ordering: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding the packaging requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates legal regulations or ethical standards.
b. Payment: Prices for our packaging services are provided upon request. Payment terms, including upfront deposits or full payment, will be communicated during the ordering process. All payments must be made in the currency specified by the Company.
'If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we'll beat it'. This offer applies specifically to identical specified stock items sold on other websites.
a. Company Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with our packaging designs, templates, or other materials provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company.
b. Customer Materials: You represent and warrant that any materials, logos, or designs provided by you for packaging purposes do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
a. Quality and Compliance: We strive to provide high-quality packaging solutions that meet industry standards. However, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
b. Indirect Damages: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
c. Liability Cap: Our maximum liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific packaging services provided.
a. Non-Disclosure: The Company agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information provided by you in relation to your packaging requirements.
b. Exceptions: The confidentiality obligations shall not apply to information that is publicly available, rightfully obtained from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.
a. Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.
b. Termination by You: You may terminate your use of our services by notifying us in writing. Any outstanding payments or obligations will remain due and payable.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review the Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
